Track Your Order

Thank you for your order from American Military Graphics — proudly shipping USA-made navy and military gifts and decals across the country. Here's everything you need to know about tracking your shipment.

Step 1: Find Your Tracking Number

Once your order ships, you'll receive an Order Confirmation & Shipping email at the address you provided at checkout. This email contains:

• Your order number
• A tracking number with a direct link to track your package
• An estimated delivery window from the carrier

Tip: Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see the email within a few hours of placing your order.

Step 2: Click Your Tracking Link

Simply click the tracking link in your shipping email to go directly to the carrier's tracking page. Most of our orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service); select orders may ship via UPS.

You can also track your package directly on the carrier's website:

• USPS: tools.usps.com
• UPS: ups.com/track

Enter your tracking number on the carrier's site to see real-time delivery updates.

Carrier Delivery Timelines

Please keep in mind the following general carrier timing guidelines. These are estimates and may vary based on your location and seasonal demand:

• USPS First Class / Priority Mail: 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days
• UPS Ground: 1–5 business days depending on distance

Note: Carrier transit times do not include production or processing time. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Tracking Not Updating?

It's normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If your tracking shows no movement after 3 business days, please reach out to us — we're happy to help.
